PRIVATE TRAINING

My approach to fitness involves both physical and mental health. Depending on your interests, different modalities are incorporated—strength training, kettlebells, TRX®, kick-boxing, yoga, Pilates and dance—keeping sessions challenging, interesting, and fun.

10 sessions / 1 hour each

GROUP CLASSES

Group fitness classes encourage everyone involved to attain a greater level of fitness. My goal is to ensure that everyone can feel good about what they have accomplished, so that you can carry that renewed sense of confidence and energy with you throughout the day.
